1. Who we are

This website is operated by Avanti Foods Limited (“we”, “us”), trading as Wholesome Food, based in Ireland. Our registered address is 10 Block D, Monksland Business Park, Monksland, Co. Roscommon, N37 R2P4. We are registered in Ireland under company number 789657.

You can contact us at support@wholesome.food or on +353 83 445 8126, monday to friday, 9:00–17:00 (irish time).

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using this website you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published on this page at the moment you use the site or place an order.

3. Using this website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you contact us or place an order.
  • If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
  • You may not attempt to interfere with, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site.

4. Product information

We take care to describe our products accurately. Ingredient declarations, allergen statements, nutrition information, net quantity and durability information are printed on every pack, and we make this information available before purchase as required by Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 on the provision of food information to consumers.

Product images and colours are illustrative. Recipes and specifications can change, so always read the label on the pack you receive before eating, particularly if you have a food allergy or intolerance.

If anything on this site appears to conflict with the information on pack, the on-pack information is authoritative and we would be grateful if you would tell us at support@wholesome.food.

5. Orders, availability and pricing

All products are subject to availability. We may limit order quantities, reject all or part of an order, or discontinue a product. A contract is formed only when we confirm despatch of your order.

Prices may change without notice, but a change will never affect an order we have already confirmed. Where prices are shown, they are the total price payable for the goods; delivery charges are shown separately before you confirm your order.

6. Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer in the EU, you generally have 14 days from receiving your goods to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason, under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013.

That right does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, or to goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. In practice this means opened food pouches cannot be returned. Unopened, undamaged packs may be returned within the cancellation period.

To cancel, email support@wholesome.food with your order number. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back or evidence that you have returned them.

7. Faulty or incorrect goods

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us within a reasonable time and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

8. Intellectual property

The Wholesome Food name, logo, packaging designs, photography and site content are owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

9. Liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website.

10. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live.

If we cannot resolve a complaint directly, EU consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform, and consumers in Ireland can seek advice from the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission.

11. Contact

Questions about these terms should be sent to support@wholesome.food.
